Shipping & Delivery
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is special, and some of our pieces are sourced from artisanal partners around the globe. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order with care. After that, standard shipping typically takes 15-20 business days for delivery. We promise the thoughtful pieces that arrive will be worth the wait.
2. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Our mission is to help people create sanctuaries no matter where they are. International shipping times may vary slightly based on your location.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.
4. What about items from "The Ceylon Collection"?
Items from our special Ceylon Collection are shipped directly from our operational base in Sri Lanka. While we process these orders with the same care, shipping times may differ slightly from our globally sourced items. We will always provide you with the most accurate tracking information available.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with the pieces you bring into your home. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at lumenritual@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
3. What items are eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. Please include a photo of the damage in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly.
5. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
