Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Made to order
Every Lumen Ritual piece is printed to order by our US production partners. Typical production times:
- Journals, mugs, totes, tees and candles: 2-5 business days
- Framed canvases and framed prints: 3-7 business days
- Personalized Night Of prints: 2-5 business days after you confirm your preview
Delivery
Once shipped, most US orders arrive in 3-7 business days. In total, most orders reach you within about two weeks of ordering. Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email lumenritual@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before production starts.
Damaged, lost or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email lumenritual@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
