1. Order Processing & Production Time
Once you place an order, we immediately begin processing it.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and sent to our trusted fulfillment partners within 1-3 business days.

Production Time for Custom Items: Many of our items are print-on-demand, created especially for you. These items require an additional production time of 2-5 business days before they are ready to be shipped. Additionally for custom items directly originating from Sri Lanka, there will be an additional time of 5-7 business days

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Because we source unique products from various global partners to bring you the best selection, shipping times can vary. The estimates below are the typical timeframes from the date of shipment.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 Business Days

Multiple Packages: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment partners. This means you might receive your order in separate packages at different times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page based on the weight of the items and your shipping destination. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system. You can use this number to follow your package's journey.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs department.

6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.
Lumen Ritual is not liable for packages lost or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it at the customer's expense.
