These terms apply when you use lumenritual.com or buy from Lumen Ritual ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and how we make your order

Lumen Ritual sells wall art, journals, candles and personalized Night Of prints. Each piece is printed to order by our production partners in the United States and shipped directly to you. We sell to customers with US shipping addresses.

2. Products and pictures

We work to show every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and printed canvases and frames can vary a little from the photos. Product availability and prices can change. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll tell you and refund that item in full.

3. Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or we can't verify payment. If we cancel, we refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on US orders. Any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Personalized products

For Night Of prints and other personalized items, you're responsible for the names, dates, places and messages you enter, and for checking the preview before you order. We print what you approve. Please don't submit content you don't have the right to use or that is unlawful or hateful. We may decline any personalized order, with a full refund.

5. Our guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, our Return & Refund Policy explains how we replace or refund it. That policy is part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Lumen Ritual name, logo, website and product designs belong to Lumen Ritual or are used under license from the artists who made them. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs without written permission. Buying a print gives you the print, not the right to reproduce the artwork.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

8. Relationship with Shopify

Lumen Ritual is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide this store to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Lumen Ritual. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Lumen Ritual, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lumen Ritual.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you ordered applies to that order.
