Everything is made to order. Most items are made in 2–5 business days (framed pieces 3–7), then arrive in about 3–7 business days, so most orders reach you within about two weeks. See our Shipping Policy.

Because every piece is made to order, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email lumenritual@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

The map is calculated for the exact date, time and place you enter, so the moon phase and the brighter stars match what was overhead at that spot.

Choose your best guess. The moon phase is the same all evening, and the stars move only gradually over an hour or two.
